The best corporate gifts do not carry a logo: they carry a story. A limited edition fine art photograph, numbered and delivered with its certificate, suits the dealership thanking its best customers, the club rewarding its members or the company saluting a departing executive. This guide explains what to choose, in which size and finish, and how to order several pieces at once.
Why a print beats a promotional object
An engraved pen, a bottle or a box of branded gadgets pleases on the day and is forgotten by the following week. A print gets hung, looked at every day and shown to visitors. It is one of the few gifts that keeps saying who gave it long after the ceremony. For an executive there is a practical advantage too: it fits an office, a living room or a boardroom without needing an explanation.
There is a second, subtler argument. A limited edition photograph is an object with its own number. Every car print in our catalogue is limited to 200 copies and every landscape to 30, each delivered with a certificate. The recipient does not get a poster anyone could buy, but one specific piece, numbered, that can be described in a single sentence. If you want to know exactly what that numbering means, our article on what limited edition really means covers numbering, certificates and retired editions.
Corporate gifts: three occasions, three choices
You do not give the same thing to a customer, to a club member and to an executive who is retiring. Before choosing the image, decide who will look at the print, and for how long.
| Occasion | Who receives it | What usually works |
|---|---|---|
| Dealership: a car delivery or a brand anniversary | A loyal customer, often an enthusiast | A classic or contemporary sports car from the marque you sell, in a medium size |
| Classic car club: a rally trophy or the club anniversary | Member, winner, outgoing president | A period car with character, on aluminium, to display at the clubhouse |
| Retirement or career milestone of an executive | Someone with an office and a home | A calm landscape or a car image in a large format, depending on their passion |
| Thank-you to a partner or supplier | A regular contact | A discreet, medium-sized piece that never feels ostentatious |
In a dealership, the ideal gift connects to what the customer has just bought. If they are driving away in a Porsche, a print of a 911 from another era tells the story of the marque without naming it. If you also need to dress the premises themselves, we wrote a guide on fine art for a car dealership or showroom: how to choose, size and light it.
Which size and finish to choose
For a gift, choose a finish that holds no surprises: our prints are frameless, with no glass, and ready to hang. Aluminium (Dibond) is the practical choice, light, matte and fine in almost any room. Acrylic gives deeper colour and a gallery look, and suits an office with good light as long as it does not face a window head-on, because of reflections. Canvas feels warmer and more traditional, but it wants a dry wall and gentler handling.
For size, think about the destination wall rather than the budget alone. A simple rule: the print should span about two thirds of the width of the furniture below it, with its centre at eye level, around 145 cm (57 in) from the floor. Our landscapes run from 30 x 20 cm up to 180 x 120 cm, which covers a desk as well as a reception wall. For an individual gift a medium format is usually the right compromise: it reads from across the room without overwhelming it.
Prices start at 78 euros for the smaller formats and rise to 2,447 euros for the largest landscapes, so the gift can be scaled to the recipient without changing the image. That helps when one company gives to different profiles: the same subject in a small size for a colleague, in a large size for the most important client.
Ordering several pieces: series and quantities
If you are giving to several people, the simplest approach is to combine different images within one series: same finish, same size, a coherent palette. Each recipient gets a piece of their own, and the group still makes sense if it is seen together, for example in an office or a clubhouse. Ordering the same image ten times is possible, but remember that each landscape is limited to 30 copies and each car to 200, so a large quantity uses a significant share of an edition.
For orders of several pieces and for series we offer quantity terms. The amount depends on the size, the finish and the number of prints, so we quote case by case: write to us from the contact page with the number of pieces, the date of the event and the delivery address. The earlier you tell us, the more room you have to choose images that still have copies available.
Prints ship with UPS, DHL or FedEx, well packed and insured, and we replace any piece that arrives damaged at no cost. Packaging and delivery times are covered in our guide to shipping a large fine art print. As a guide, allow one to two weeks for the EU, the US and the rest of the world, and order with a margin if the gift has a fixed date.

Frequently asked questions
Can I give a print to several people in the same company?
Yes. The easiest way is to pick different images within one series, with the same finish and size. For orders of several pieces we have quantity terms, quoted case by case; write to us with the number of prints and the planned date.
Which finish is best for a corporate gift?
Aluminium is the most versatile: light, matte and ready to hang. Acrylic gives a glossier, gallery look. Neither has a frame or glass, so nothing breaks in transit or when hanging.
How far ahead should I order?
With a margin. Allow roughly one to two weeks for delivery to the EU, the US and the rest of the world, and if you need several pieces, tell us beforehand so we can confirm that the editions you choose still have copies available.
Do the prints come with a certificate?
Yes. Each print is a numbered, signed limited edition delivered with its certificate. Cars are limited to 200 copies and landscapes to 30, so the recipient receives a piece with a number of its own.
What happens if a print arrives damaged?
We replace it at no cost. Prints travel packed for their size and insured, and our shipping guide explains how we protect them before they leave.
